Summary
Responsible for performing duties to repair and maintain machinery, equipment, building and facilities requiring a broad knowledge of maintenance skills including mechanical repair, plumbing, hydraulic, fabrication and a basic knowledge of electrical repair. Work requires in-depth knowledge of various trades.

Education
Experience & Skills
Two to four years of progressively responsible related experience. Specifically, this position requires:
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret internal documents such as safety rules, production schedules, purchase orders, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine correspondence. Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of specifications and information furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to do the following:
Work Environment
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. These include: forklift traffic, overhead cranes, machining, welding, moving of mechanical parts and moderate noise. The majority of the work is performed indoors in a shop and office environment. Will spend a minimal amount of time outdoors in hot, cold, or otherwise inclement weather during part of the workweek.

Valid driver’s license, required
Successful completion of IPM Overhead Crane Training, required
Successful completion of IPM’s Forklift Training, required
Valid Forklift license, required
Travel Time – up to 10% (daily, overnight and weekends)
Travel Locations: jobs sites (domestic and international) and company facilities
Ability to utilize multiple mobile apps for time sheet entry, travel, expense reporting, etc
