MAIN PURPOSES OF THE JOB
Analyzing and preparing the necessary documents to move freight from the IMUSA distribution facility in Doral, FL as well as its third-party consolidators in California and Millville, among others, to the designated ship to the facility per trading partner.
· Analysis of shipping requirements per trading partner: Pre-paid/Collect-, Rules, regulations, and restrictions associated with each account.
· Preparation of BOL/Manifest: accurate analysis and preparation of BOL and adjacent paperwork necessary in logistically shipping the merchandise.
· Shipment of PO in the operating system: Analysis and Control of weekly shipping pattern and awareness of warehouse workflow
CONTEXT:
· Accurate and verifiable shipping of purchase orders to achieve effective accountability for inventory.
· Analysis, and preparation of shipping documents such as BOL, Manifest, and pallet summary reports as indicated by a trading partner or found necessary to maintain optimal organization.
· Control, and analysis of warehouse workflow as well as purchase order status- Open orders, Pending Routing, Awaiting customer pick-up.
· Pulling/receiving routing instructions.
· Analyzing shipping requirements per trading partner and assigning accordingly.

MAIN SKILLS REQUIRED:
· Advanced Excel Knowledge
· Experience in supply chain working in a retail environment is a plus
· Bilingual is a plus.
· Experience using MS Windows and Office applications (Outlook & Excel)
· Ability to multitask, planning and organization skills, and attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
