Job Title: Senior Associate, Project Management, Commercialization
Location: Onsite Critical Role – No Remote Candidates, Racine, IL
Hours: 40/week, 8-4 PM CST
Interview Format: 3 Video Conference Interviews, some panel
Top 5 Required Attributes:
Ability to work in a complex, non-structured environment.
2 years of project management/equivalent experience in manufacturing, purchasing, planning, distribution, product development, and/or commercialization.
Basic knowledge of SAP PLM and ECC modules.
Working experience with Microsoft Project.
Possess clear and concise communication skills/collaboration skills, especially across countries, to orchestrate effective meetings.

Preferred Attributes:
Project Management (PMI) or Supply Chain (APICS) certification.
Experience in Project Management in consumer package goods development, manufacturing, purchasing, planning, distribution, and/or commercialization.
Experience in new product launches, contract manufacturing, and financial analysis as it relates to operations.
Experience to interface, lead, and build relationships with multiple levels and functions internal and external to the corporation.
Ability to motivate non-direct reports and keep teams working well together.
Role Overview:
The Senior Associate, Project Management, Commercialization, will manage multiple simultaneous projects with moderate supply chain complexity and contribute to global and regional projects. Responsible for delivering projects in the Commercialization, Launch, and Post Launch Phases, this role leads regional cross-functional project teams through these phases ensuring clear execution of project schedule, cost, capital, quality, success criteria, timing, and risk mitigation. Integration with the regional execution team and alignment with business commitments are key aspects of this role.
Areas of Responsibility:
Leverage business acumen to optimize business results by understanding market and category dynamics.
Manage projects through Commercialization, Launch, and Post Launch Phases, developing timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation plans.
Coordinate activities of functional team members to meet key deliverables.
Develop and manage detailed project schedules to meet launch commitments in defined project scopes.
Manage projects according to LSB processes and best practices.
Engage cross-functional subject matter experts to deliver key subprocesses and milestones.
Provide project leadership within regional cross-functional teams.
Track project progress against deliverables/milestones, issuing status reports, and escalating issues as necessary.
Maintain project documentation across various platforms.
Manage communication plans internally and externally.
Apply root cause analysis and problem-solving skills to ensure successful project implementation.
Apply in-depth functional knowledge to complete projects.
Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a Business or Technical Discipline
