Impusle Technology is Hiring an IT Professional Near Sparks Glencoe, MD

We are a Managed IT Service Provider that specializes in providing IT support to private country clubs. We are seeking an IT Professional to join our team and provide technical support to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the technology needs of our clients and ensuring that their systems are running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients, including hardware and software troubleshooting, network configuration, and system maintenance
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot software and hardware issues
  • Manage and monitor client networks, servers, and cloud-based systems
  • Ensure that all clients have the necessary technology tools and training to perform their job duties effectively
  • Maintain inventory of all technology-related equipment and supplies for clients
  • Ensure that all client technology systems are up to date with the latest software and security patches
  • Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans for clients
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to clients on technology-related matters
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards
  • Continuously evaluate and recommend new technology solutions that improve the services we provide to our clients.

Requirements:

  • At least 2years of experience in a similar IT role, preferably working with private country clubs or hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems
  • Experience with network infrastructure, servers, and security systems
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the private club industry or hospitality industry is a plus
  • Familiarity with IT systems used in private country clubs such as Clubessential, Jonas Club Software, and ForeTees is a plus.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
