Improved Dynamics ABA is seeking hardworking Registered Behavior Technicians who currently posses a valid certification. Part time with the potential to move to full time hours.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA/LBA in clients’ homes.
• Provide one on one in-home and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families and supervisors
• Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan and report progress

Qualifications

• Access to reliable transportation, local travel required
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
• The ability to work flexible, part-time schedules
• Experience working with children with ASD or other diagnosed disabilities preferred
