Position: ABA Therapist/ Registered Behavior Technician

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behaviorally based treatment to children diagnosed with autism and/or related developmental disabilities in-home and/or school/community settings based on individualized programming
• Implement structured, individualized programs developed by supervisors to address challenging behavior and support communication
• Maintain accurate documentation and up-to-date data on all designated programs
• Communicate effectively with all clients and staff

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or currently pursuing a degree
• Experience working with typically-developing children
• Experience with individuals with autism and/or other developmental delays
• Experience/training in Applied Behavior analysis is a plus but not required, as we train all staff
• Must be energetic and able to work independently as well as a part of a team
• Must posses excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be flexible, creative and demonstrate strong organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
