Overview:

Established dental practice is seeking a positive-minded and talented Dental Assistant to join our wonderful dental practice. Teamwork is important in our office, so we welcome candidates that love to deliver amazing care to patients and want to join a winning team!We are an established, fast paced, modern general dental practice, located in Victoria, TX and we have terrific patients. If you are an exemplary dental assistant who has a wealth of understanding about educating and creating healthy results and if you provide impeccably friendly patient care, you might be perfect to join our team.

We work Monday/Tuesday and Wednesday/Thursday .

We offer an opportunity to participate in a patient and team oriented office that has fun while caring for patients.We welcome experienced dental assistant candidates that regard themselves as a self-starter, a team player and have amassed phenomenal relationship skills. If you are that person, you would be a fabulous fit for our practice. We look forward to meeting you!

Responsibilities:

- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
- Set up and breakdown operatory post-treatment
- Take and develop dental radiographs (x-rays)
- Manage patient flow; prepare patients for treatment
- Ensure appropriate supply of dental materials and equipment
- Maintain medical records and documentation
- Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures

Experience:

- Prior experience in a dental office setting is preferred
- Familiarity with Eaglesoft software is a plus
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance
- Proficiency in aseptic technique and infection control protocols
- Understanding of medical coding and billing processes
