We are a busy Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery practice with offices in Kirkland, Monroe, and Redmond. We are seeking an experienced receptionist/scheduler to join our Admin team. Strong customer service skills, computer proficiency, and organizational skills are a must! Job responsibilities include patient registration/data entry, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and treatment planning. Previous dental/medical office experience is a plus. Full Time (M-F) with benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid vacation & sick, as well as 401k and Profit Sharing Plan. Travel between office locations is expected. Own transportation required.
