• Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results
• Maintains shipping, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures
• Responsible for accurately checking all orders prior to loading trucks. overseeing the loading of trucks efficiently and on time.
• Responsible for monitoring the workflow of employees while pulling orders and loading trucks
• Maintains and enforces a safe work environment
• Maintains physical condition of warehouse
• Works with day shift manager to monitor workflow and tasks
• Coordinate safety concerns with safety coordinator
• Engage with employees by conducting daily tailgate sessions and weekly safety meetings
• Collaborate with other departments throughout the company
• Insure employee success through relationship building, effective communication, positive recognition and timely addressing of issues (personal and performance related)
• Oversee perfect order campaign goals to ensure that goals are met for the quarter
• Reports to Warehouse manager in order to reach new goals for crew and train on any new subjects/duties past down to day shift.
• Other duties as assigned

• 3-years of Warehouse Distribution experience
• 2-years of Double Electric Pallet Jack experience
• 2-years of Sit-Down and Stand-Up Forklift experience
• 2-years of RF Scanner experience
• Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases
• Leadership experience
• Safety Management, surveillance and inventory control skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to staff and management
• Obtain drive, confidence, and determination
• Ensure safety is the number one priority
• Ability to stay up to date with the ever-changing rules and regulations
