Imperial Dade, a leading North American distributor, has an Floor Service Technician opportunity available in Orlando, FL! 

The Technician will be responsible for installing equipment and assisting customers by providing excellent service. We provide preventive maintenance for our customers who lease or rent dish machines and purchase chemical products for laundry, housekeeping, and kitchen applications. Responsibilities

You will:

• Performing Advanced field technical work, servicing industrial floor cleaning Equipment
• Performing Commercial and industrial installations/ in service training of new and used equipment.
• Partner with Sales Representatives concerning potential customer applications for equipment replacement.
• Consistently present a professional image, both in personal appearance and condition of the company equipment.
• Perform PM inspections on all industrial. Commercial and building related equipment.
• Additional responsibilities include performance of the service department’s daily work orders as assigned by the service Manager on Duty.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment systems.
• Assist with all codes, regulations, governmental agencies, and company directives related to building operations and work safety.
• Maintain and perform minor repairs on fleet Vehicles.

Physical Job Demands:

• 60-70%: Assisting with the maintenance, service & repairs of dish machines, dispensers and chemical management systems which include: bending, squatting, kneeling, lifting, and climbing.
• 30%: Driving to and from job sites.
• 10%: Placing service calls and completing reports on tablet.

Qualifications

You have:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with various makes of commercial dishwashers and dispensing equipment 
• 1-year electrical experience
• 1-year plumbing experience
• A clear MVR
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency with computer applications
