Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Floor Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in environmental services, commercial cleaning, and custodial work. As a Floor Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of floors through buffing, floor care, and carpet cleaning.

Duties:

- Perform floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and waxing
- Utilize appropriate equipment to clean and maintain various types of flooring
- Conduct carpet cleaning and stain removal as needed
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during floor maintenance activities
- Assist with general cleaning tasks as required

Requirements:

- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment
- Ability to operate buffing machines and other floor maintenance tools
- Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy equipment
