A successful cleaning company in Long Island is looking for a Project Manager to work within the tri-state area. Must be bi-lingual (English / Spanish) and have a valid driver's license as a company van will be provided.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Must have experience with:

  • Deep Cleaning of commercial building/facilities
  • Reporting deficiencies and/or any safety hazards to Management so they can be reported to the client.
  • Taking before and after photos of work and submitting daily reports to regional team
  • Construction cleanups
  • Carpet extractions
  • Strip and Wax, Buffing floors
  • Pressure washing
  • Window cleaning
  • Hi-low dusting
  • General office cleaning
  • Training and recruitment of cleaning staff
  • Reporting hours to payroll
  • Liason between Customer Care Managers and Project Crews
  • Laison between Regional Managers, District Managers and Project Crews
  • Liason between Warehouse Manager and Project Crews
  • Train Floor Care Supervisors/Technicians on new procedures and equipment and/or retraining
  • Ensuring the Project Crews equipment is in proper working order
  • Evaluating Project Crews workload
  • Ensuring that the warehouse has the proper supplies for the Project Crews to perform all tasks
  • Ensuring the Project Crews vans and equipment are meeting Imperial's appearance standards and functionality
  • Inspect jobs to make sure we are meeting our clients expectations and high level of quality

Bilingual English and Spanish skills preferred

Flexibility with working hours. Emergency nights and weekend work may be required.
