Duties/Responsibilities:
· Tally checks/credit card cash
· Print & distribute policies/rebills.
· Print quarterly bills and quarterly cancellations each month.
· Reconcile daily deposits/credit card reports/departmental errors.
· Research and investigate transactions/discrepancies.
· Oversee the end of the month billing.
· Run departmental reports and association quarterly/annual reports.
· Run monthly self-audit report. (990)
· Escheatment’s of insureds stale dated checks.
· Provide clerical & administrative support to various departments.
· Travel to bank to drop deposits.
