Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee a diverse range of pet enrichment activities and programs tailored to the unique needs and preferences of various breeds and individual pets.
- Train and lead a team of pet enrichment specialists to ensure consistent and high-quality care for our guests.
- Collaborate with the pet care team to ensure that enrichment activities are seamlessly integrated into each pet's daily routine.
- Continuously assess and improve enrichment programs based on the latest industry trends and research.
- Maintain detailed records of each pet's enrichment experiences and progress, ensuring that their stay is both enjoyable and beneficial.
Qualifications:
