Our client is seeking to hire an on site Sr. Property Manager to join our team at Timber Lake Apartments (282 units) & Stonehedge Apartments (175 units)! The Sr. Property Manager oversees the operations of these two properties that are located in East Lansing, MI. Pay is 70-75k with a 0-10% quarterly bonus potential for each property.

The Sr. Property Manager will be responsible for the day to day operations of multiple apartment communities while overseeing and enhancing the value of the properties. This individual will aid in organizing the properties' financial information, using this information to make projections, and find areas of improvement for the properties. Some key responsibilities consist of marketing and outreach, supervision of property staff, and providing services to residents. The Sr. Property Manager reports directly to the Regional Manager. This job is perfect for a team player who is motivated by setting and upholding standards to make their property stand out from the rest.

Major responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Implementing and upholding community policies.
2. Maintaining and reviewing property financial goals and reports.
3. Maintaining occupancy goals for the property.
4. Team building and development of the leasing and maintenance staff.
5. Planning office schedules and task assignment.
6. Maintain property operations and the physical asset.
7. Administer tours and answer questions for prospective residents.
8. Resolve resident concerns and maintain overall resident satisfaction for the property.
9. Create and maintain property and team leasing and marketing plans.
10. Marketing outreach within nearby community.
11. Lead maintenance team and collaborate with maintenance supervisor.
12. Overseeing large scale capital projects
