MRD Apartments at Raleigh House in East Lansing, MI is seeking a fun, energetic, and customer focused part-time property manager to join our enthusiastic team!

Requirements/Responsibilities

· The right candidate will possess a positive and professional image.

· Self-motivation and direction are required.

· Excellent customer service skills to generate traffic and close sales.

· Computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office, as well as user experience of apartment management software desired.

Schedule:

• Day time hours 24 hours per week.

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Required)
• Sales: 1 year (Required)
• Property leasing: 1 year (Preferred)
