• Five years of custom machine building experience (not repeatedly building the same machine again and again) and two years of experience reading mechanical engineering schematics is required
• Pay is $30 to $40 per hour ($40 per hour is for exceptionally qualified candidates)

The work environment is collaborative as employees work well together. Customers are diverse across numerous industries. This robotic integration company produces custom automation equipment and machines from the ground up which makes the work for all employees varied and interesting. Employees are never bored here. Work start times can be somewhat flexible.
Duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate will include the following:

• Taking ownership for the custom automation machine being built
• Reading engineering drawings
• Building custom machines from the ground up
• Working with pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical and mechanical
• Working independently as well as part of a team depending on the project
• Travelling a minimal amount throughout southeastern Wisconsin

Candidates With a Background Of Building The Same Machine Over And Over Again Will Not Be a Fit For This Position. The Background Of The Successful Candidate Must Include The Following

• Five years of custom machine building experience (not repeatedly building the same machine again and again)
• Two years of reading mechanical engineering drawings
• Possess a solid work history
• Being a US citizen or green card holder
• Having a residence within a 45-minute drive
