We are actively seeking an experienced and dedicated Commercial Plumbing/HVAC Project Manager to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in project management within the commercial plumbing and HVAC industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee commercial HVAC and plumbing projects valued between $1M and $15M.
- Handle projects across various domains including schools, hospitals, airports, high-rises, data centers, labs, military facilities, and public works.
- Lead all aspects of project planning, budgeting, and implementation, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Process change orders and RFIs efficiently and effectively.
- Utilize Bluebeam for reviewing and analyzing project specifications and blueprints.
- Use MS Excel for data management, scheduling, and reporting purposes.
- Coordinate with team members, contractors, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
- Adhere to all local and federal regulations for project execution.
- Handle any project-related issues or delays and implement timely solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 7 years of project management experience in commercial plumbing and HVAC is essential.
- Proficient in using Bluebeam and MS Excel.
- Experience managing a diverse range of projects including schools, hospitals, airports, high-rises, data centers, labs, military, and public works.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
- Stable work history indicating reliability and commitment.
