This 200-person site produces a variety of polymer films that are used in medical devices, passport covers, and for automobiles. You'll be focused on providing day-to-day technical support, leading continuous improvement and capital projects, and implementing safety initiatives. Job reports to the Production Manager as do three other process engineers. This company has multiple US and overseas sites with opportunity includes a 12% target bonus, 4 to 5 weeks of PTO, a deluxe relocation package for homeowners or renters, and opportunities to transition to other sites worldwide.
