This 200-person site produces a variety of polymer films that are used in medical devices, passport covers, and for automobiles. You'll be focused on providing day-to-day technical support, leading continuous improvement and capital projects, and implementing safety initiatives. Job reports to the Production Manager as do three other process engineers.
