In this role you’ll be responsible for improving the company, increasing efficiencies, creating action plans and methods to streamline operations. Responsibilities:

• Outline, develop and implement a comprehensive strategy that aligns with company goals
• Identify and streamline processes to reduce costs and eliminate inefficiencies
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across all departments
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and help teams adopt new processes and strategies
• Generate regular reports for senior leadership team
• Assess current technology used within company and implement improvements where necessary
• Lean Manufacturing SME
• Collaborate with numerous departments
• Budget management
• Making sure operational improvements comply with current regulatory and industry standards

Qualifications:

• 6-8 years experience in a continuous improvement / operational excellence role
• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Engineering
• Lean Manufacturing experience
• Six-Sigma Black Belt highly desirable
• Advanced Excel experience
• Previous experience in manufacturing preferred, medical device a plus
