Summary:
The Glass Manufacturing Process Engineer is responsible for developing and optimizing glass manufacturing processes to ensure safety, quality, cost, and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, implement, and monitor glass manufacturing processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve process problems.
- Research and recommend equipment upgrades.
- Maintain documentation and certifications.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Train and develop staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 2-5 years of manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of glass manufacturing processes
