They are looking for a Plant Manager with exceptional leadership and project management skills who can drive project specific issues and goals to closure. The right candidate will have the ability to enhance a team environment including development of team-oriented manager and supervisor.
The Plant Manager will provide leadership, team development, technical expertise, and management of this non-union Manufacturing and Administrative operations. They will direct the activities of the manufacturing process and of the manufacturing facility. This position will lead activities of the business functions concerned with the operations of the Companies manufacturing plant; including Production Operations, Materials, Quality, Facilities, Maintenance, Process Engineering, Environmental Health and Safety and Administration.
