Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks on our facilities and equipment, including troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance.

- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.

- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance work performed, including parts used and repair procedures.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our facilities meet their needs and are functioning properly.

- Continuously look for ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our maintenance processes.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.

- Basic HVAC knowledge

- Strong mechanical and technical skills.

- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- CNC machine maintenance experience is nice to have but not required.
