We are currently seeking a Licensed Counselor.
Outpatient office. The Licensed Counselor will provide counseling services for the adult population, in an outpatient setting. The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment. This is a full time position with benefits including PTO, sick time, mental health days, medical insurance, vision/dental insurance, 403b match contribution, etc. The primary work schedule is Monday through Thursday from 12:00pm to 8:00pm, and Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Must have the availability to cover evening IOP groups until Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Job Duties include:
Provide trauma informed, evidence-based counseling services.
Coordinate care with internal and external systems and service providers.
Orient new clients to the agency’s treatment philosophy.
Provide crisis interventions, as needed.
Perform clinical record keeping.
Provide client and family education.
All other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum licensure of LPC or LSW is required, with an LPCC or LISW preferred. Those with a CT, CDCA, or
SWT and currently enrolled in a Master’s program may also be considered.
Minimum of a Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling, Social Work, or related field is required.
Previous experience providing trauma informed and evidence-based counseling is highly desired.
Previous experience with EHR systems and/or NextGen is a plus.
Must be willing to provide services to a wide variety of clientele.
Must be willing to work with adolescents and adults, providing individual and group counseling.
