Job Purpose:

Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

Required:

LSW, LPC, MFT, or CT through Ohio. Pass background check and possess valid Driver’s License. Communicate accurately and effectively, both verbal and written. Collaborate and communicate as a team; interact with clients, external care providers and administrative and support staff. Demonstrate effective decision-making skills and use good judgment. Able to exercise balanced judgement in evaluation situations and able to handle difficult or confrontational situations in a calm, consistent and equitable manner. Proficient computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, and electronic health record documentation.
