Job Summary:

Responsible for managing all duties of the Order To Cash cycle for multiple companies. This includes functional system support related to accounts receivable processes within multiple ERP systems, establishing customers credit limits, post the payments on account when received, and managing associated requirements. The role requires high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple portfolios/companies.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Approve and establish appropriate customer credit limits based on company delegation of authority. Utilizing DNB, Bank and Trade References.
• Approve the release of sales orders placed on credit hold in the ERP system.
• Support and supervise all collection call activity for accounts within the assigned territory with timely follow-up.
• Manage relationships with sales department, developing and deploying new processes as needed for multiple legal entities.
• Process incoming payments to the appropriate customer accounts. Reconcile differences and approve deductions as in the delegation of authority.
• Prepare and submit necessary monthly reports to management regarding collection issues
• Facilitate placement of accounts with collection agencies
• Recommend bad debt write-offs, reserves, and legal action when necessary, providing a monthly report to finance management.
• Complete a wide range of other department duties within the full cycle of order to cash for the companies assigned.

QualificationsYour Experience & Education

• BS degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the credit & collection field, construction industry preferred

• Strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Office products. Knowledge of ERP systems such as IFS, JD Edwards, and AX.
