Impact Recruitment is Hiring a Professional land surveyor Near Littleton, CO

Are you a Professional Land Surveyor seeking purpose, challenge, and talented colleagues? Would you like to grow your career participating in a diversity of site projects of increasing scale and complexity in year one and beyond?

Impact Recruitment is currently seeking a Registered Professional Land Surveyor in Denver, Colorado.

You will work under the direction of a Senior Geospatial Leader. In this position you will perform public record research and calculations to resolve property boundaries and rights of way;

topo, ALTA / NSPS surveys and construction surveys for residential, commercial, large industrial and high-rise projects.

You will review survey technicians work and serve as a technical task manager on various sized projects. You may assist in scheduling for field crews and help prepare crews for their field work.

What youre responsible for :

  • Survey to determine precise location and measurements of points, elevations, lines, areas, and contours for construction, mapmaking, land division, titles, mining or other surveying related purposes
  • Construction staking, planning, reports, maps, plats, deeds, local geography, physical evidence, legal descriptions, and research
  • Responsible for accuracy of documents and deliverables completed by team
  • Instruct, train, and mentor crew members
  • May confer with project team members and clients to lead, prepare, and participate in project proposals and interviews
  • Effectively manages and delivers projects on-time and on budget

Education and Experience Required :

  • Licensed by the State of Colorado in Land Surveying.
  • Minimum of 5-6 years of experience preferred.
  • Proficient in relevant technical software including AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, and / or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of field instrumentation, GPS, and robotic total stations.
  • Ability to solve complex problems using sound professional judgment, creativity, and innovation.
  • Demonstrates strong math skills, including algebra and trigonometry.
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record required.

This is a full-time, exempt position. Compensation will be determined by the candidates experience and qualifications.
