The People and Culture team works together to make Impact NW a great place

In partnership with the People and Culture Director, the Employee Relations Specialist is responsible for creating and delivering organizational practices that align with employment laws and are driven by our
organizational values. This position provides support to managers and supervisors with employees related issues; collects data to help the department drive change; creates and delivers employment related training for supervisors. Along with understanding and knowledge of employment law, the ideal candidate for this position believes in our mission of preventing homelessness and shares our equity and anti-discrimination values. This is a hybrid position working 2 days in office and 3 days from home.
