Impact is hiring a Customer Relations Administrator to join our Nationally ranked Best and Brightest Workplace!

The Customer Relations Administrator will work as a part of our Corporate Administration team. This individual will provide an exceptional experience for all our internal and external clients by managing business contracts across our client base.

Responsibilities

• Processing orders from phone, emails, and web orders (new orders and returns)
• Contract management in billing system such as :
• Entry of new contract
• Maintenance of existing contracts
• Meter collection / meter entry
• Device / service addition and removal
• Billing contracts
• Managing billing changes
• Complete requests for both internal and external clients
• Provide timely responses when working on projects, tasks and inquiries
• Research company and client data to find answers that are needed
• Manage and address customer concerns

Requirements

• 4 plus years of administration experience or something similar
• High school diploma requires, College Degree preferred
• Customer Service skills
• Strong written, verbal and listening skills
• Problem solving skills
• Detail oriented and works with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to multi-task and be organized
• Meet deadlines
• Basic Excel knowledge desirable
• Basic email knowledge
• Flourish in team and independent work projects
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
