Location: Lake Forest, IL
Schedule: 3 Days On Site (Hybrid)
Job Summary:
* As a Microsoft 365 Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting, maintaining, and building out our global IT infrastructure. Your responsibility is to manage and maintain the Microsoft 365 Suite and the Azure cloud infrastructure.
* Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting users, implementing best practices, ensuring overall stability and reliability of our infrastructure.
* In this position you must have strong technical knowledge of the different solutions the Microsoft 365 suite can offer.
Detailed Responsibilities:
* Administer, and troubleshoot issues within Azure MS 365 cloud services, and end-user accounts
* Oversee and maintain Active Directory, ensuring secure and efficient user account management, group policy, and security
* Provide expert-level support for escalated issues and complex technical inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution as tier 2 support in your time zone
* Collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and support of IT services
* Document processes, procedures, and system configurations to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure compliance with industry best practices as required by management
* Ensure systems and network security by completing audits and implementing necessary patches and updates
Qualifications:
* Experience in Active Directory, MS365 E5, Entra ID, Power platform and Azure
* Minimum of 2 to 5 years of work experience
* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility and accountability
* Embrace continuous learning and collaborate with global teams to shape the future of technology-driven excellence
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and provide information and/or reports to management as needed
* Bachelor's degree
* Good command of the English and preferably Spanish language
* MS Copilot experience a plus
* ITIL knowledge a plus
Salary: $95-110K base
