Impact MHC Management LLC is Hiring a Groundskeeper Near Niles, MI
We are seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to maintain the outdoor areas of our facilities. The Groundskeeper will be responsible for ensuring the grounds are attractive, well-kept, and safe for all visitors and staff.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping preferred
- Knowledge of basic landscaping and groundskeeping techniques
- Ability to operate groundskeeping equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Monitor and maintain irrigation systems
- Remove litter and debris from the grounds
- Keep walkways clear and safe for pedestrian traffic
- Identify and report any issues related to plant health or safety hazards
- Assist with special landscaping projects as needed
