Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Aesthetician to join our team of professionals. As a Licensed Aesthetician, you will provide exceptional aesthetic services to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and well-being. Your expertise in skincare and beauty procedures will be utilized to perform treatments, educate clients on skincare routines, and recommend products suitable for their specific needs.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough consults of clients' skin condition and discuss their goals and concerns
- Develop short and long-term plans specifically for each client to help them achieve their desired goals
- Perform various aesthetic procedures, including but not limited to facials, chemical peels, hair removal, Botox, microdermabrasion, and more
- Ensure a clean and organized work area, following all sterilization and infection control protocols
- Educate clients on proper skincare routines, product usage, and post-treatment care
- Suggest and recommend suitable skincare products and treatments based on clients' needs and preferences
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment history and products used
- Keep up to date with the latest industry developments and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
- Collaborate with other team members to provide a seamless and exceptional client experience
- Various customer service duties including but limited to scheduling appointments, ensuring required practice forms are filled out in their entirety, and payment collection
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines

Qualifications:
- Current and valid license as an Aesthetician
- 1 year experience as an Aesthetician practitioner
- Proven experience in performing a range of aesthetic treatments such as facials, peels, microdermabrasion, hair removal, and Botox
- Strong knowledge of skin physiology, skincare products, and treatment techniques
- Excellent understanding of hygiene and sterilization standards
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and provide personalized advice
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Up-to-date on industry trends, advancements, and best practices
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Physical Requirements
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job duties consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, walk, crouch, kneel, turn, pivot, balance, stoop, reach overhead, grasp, push, pull, and carry
- Fine motor skills and visual acuity are required
- Aestheticians have a high likelihood of occupational exposure to blood, body fluids, and other potentially infectious materials. Exposure to potentially hazardous substances is possible. Possible injury from needles and other sharps is possible
- Safety requirements must be followed including, but not limited to, closed-toe shoes, scrubs, gloves, and goggles when indicated
- Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on the telephone
