Job DescriptionUI DeveloperWe are looking for a talented UI Developer to create amazing user experiences. The ideal candidate should have an eye for design, possess superior visual design skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces. In this role, you will work alongside a team of other visual designers, UX designers, UX researchers, and engineers to produce high-quality work. You should be able to work with minimal supervision.

from Consultant level all the way to Director and Partner level.

Responsibilities
- Create high-fidelity mockups to articulate requirements and workflows to the team.
- Build high-fidelity interactive prototypes for easier understanding of complex interactions as needed.
- Ability or familiarity with writing and/or conducting usability tests on proposed and developed solutions with end-users to validate iterative hypotheses.
- Ensure developed solutions are usable with assistive technology and meet accessibility standards.
- Actively engage in Scrum ceremonies and vocalize progress, impediments, and ideas.
- Work with other designers to ensure designs meet interaction and visual design standards from a systemic level.
- Seek peer review of work and be receptive to team commentary.
- Keep abreast of advancements in visual design and UX methodologies and best-practices.
- Establish and promote visual design guidelines and standards.
- Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency with visual design and wireframing tools (Axure strongly preferred)
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to interaction design
- Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
- Formal training in Graphic Design, Visual Design, UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related
- Experience working on an Agile team preferred
