3rd-4th Grade Classroom TEACHERThe 3rd-4th grade classroom teacher plans, organizes, and delivers lessons consistent with the 3rd-4th grade education curriculum at each grade level assigned. This classroom is a mixed-grade classroom with some subjects being taught to the whole class while some subjects being taught to a grade level while the other grade works independently with the help of a paraprofessional. The teacher explains complex concepts simply, and enriches classroom time by using a variety of instructional methods. Classroom Teachers encourage students to be curious and to have respect for the world and all that God has created.Required Education:

Have obtained a Bachelor’s degreePreference is given to candidates with state-level teacher certificationRequired Spiritual Qualifications:All faculty and staff shall:Have received Jesus Christ as his/her SaviorBelieve that the Bible is God’s Word and standard for faith and daily livingBe in agreement with school’s Statement of Faith and Christian philosophy of educationBe a Christian role model in attitude, speech, and actions toward others.
