Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal to join our team. As an Immigration Paralegal, you will provide support to our legal team in managing immigration cases and ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations. This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for helping individuals navigate the immigration process.
Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in preparing and filing immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documents
- Interview clients to gather necessary information for case preparation
- Maintain case files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Communicate with clients, government agencies, and other parties involved in the immigration process
- Prepare legal correspondence, forms, and other documents
- Transcribe dictations and proofread legal documents for accuracy
- Provide general administrative support such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining calendars
Experience:
- No experience is needed.
-Bilingualism in Spanish, Turkish, Uzbek , Russian, Urdu, Hindi , and Chinese is strongly preferred. Other lang
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous experience in project management is a plus
