Summary
We are looking for a customer focused individual to join this robust team as a Hubspot Administrator/Sales Support. This role is located in Grand Rapids, Michigan with a hybrid work schedule option.
This role will serve as a connection between the sales team, marketing support, Hubspot specialist and finance department. You will have the opportunity to learn and support our sales processes, collaborating with the Regional Sales team to drive sales, and building strong relationships with all internal teams. You will work to support Regional Managers to reach goals, enhance the return on the total business, and improve client relationships. This role will also act as Hubspot lead for the organization and drive projects forward for existing a new business models. 
Essential Functions
• Partner with our Regional Managers to achieve sales and profitability goals
• Lead and project manage Hubspot initiatives and improvements for current and new business models
• Provide sales support and serve as a key point of contact for pre-sale activities including gathers new client contact information, billing information or additional customer background
• Provide sales team with analytics in Hubspot that drive actions and behaviors to support sales growth
• Support and track projects and activity: Execute small proposals and quotes/pricing on request
• Resident Hubspot expert for organization and provide support for requests and lead all platform enhancements 
• Support sales through creation and maintenance of project presentation materials in collaboration with the Marketing Specialist 
• Assist in identification of key contacts within targeted accounts upon request. Vet and forward appropriate information in a timely and effective manner
• Actively track all activities within CRM; maintain pertinent sales data and reports in Hubspot
• Participates in activities and initiatives as appropriate to ensure success of the organization
Required Skills & Behaviors:
• Proficiency in Hubspot
• Minimum 2-4 years experience in a sales support role
• 2 years Associate Degree or 4 year degree in sales, marketing or similar 
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions to achieve desired results.
• Strong time management, organizational, planning, and follow-up skills
• A strong desire for continuous learning and innovation.
• Efficient, organized, and capable of working both as a team member and independently.
Organizational Relationships
● Reports directly to the Senior Director, Sales & Marketing
Travel Requirements
● Minimal to no travel required, except for tradeshows, which will be discussed with the sales support specialist if the need arises.
Physical Requirements
● Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
● Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times. 
● Ability to travel to the corporate office and industry conferences or events a few times annually for periods of 3-5 days
