The Golf Club Operations, Beverage Cart will be responsible for serving food, beverages and snacks to club members and guests according to IMG Academy Country Club rules of etiquette.
Position Responsibilities

• Provides the highest level of service in accordance with our standards Develops relationships with member and guests.
• Adhering to all company policies, procedures and business ethic codes.
• Reports to work as scheduled, in uniform, and ready to be in position.
• Speaks to members and guests with enthusiasm at all times.
• Stocking and restocking of cart items
• Abides by golf course rules and regulations
• Responsible for constant sanitation, organization, and proper food handling.
• Maintains a safe, clean, organized, and well-stocked beverage cart.
• Communicates with Golf Shop and Outside Operations staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ability to effectively operate computerized POS system and conduct credit card transactions.
• Assisting with special events as necessary
• Other duties as assigned
• Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor

Knowledge, Skills and Ability

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Cheerful and helpful attitude with Country Club members, students, guests and staff
• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Must have outgoing and friendly personality and willingness to be patient and courteous with members/guests and other co-workers.
• Should be familiar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Ability to lift, move, push and pull equipment or boxes in excess of 40lbs.
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Able to work weekends and holidays
• Must be able to handle outdoor temperatures for a reasonable period of time
