GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Estimator is responsible for estimating projects in accordance with applicable plans and specifications while following company policies, procedures, and sound building practices. The Estimator ensures delivery of crucial information to customers, salesmen, contractors, engineers, and architects regarding accurate estimates for roofing and/or cladding metal needs.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Minimum of two years of experience in Estimating or related fields. Ability to understand job drawings and specifications. Display a working knowledge of the bidding process. Possession of knowledge in different estimating techniques and software. Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Must be results-oriented and able to work
both independently and within a team environment.
