- May serve as a primary point of contact on assigned projects internally

- Project: notes, timelines, scope changes, risk mitigation, internal and external communication, escalation, and status reports
- Ability to handle fast paced environments and frequent interruptions or changes with a positive attitude.
- Facilitate system, gate keeper of PLM system data, updates, annual changes, maintenance, or reports.
- 2-3 years’ experience working cross functionally at a food and beverage company, start-up or project management role
- Extremely high level of attention to detail with the ability to work independently
- Microsoft Office Skills: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong collaborative nature, ability to lead and follow
- Comfortable communicating via phone, email, and in-person
- Demonstrates anticipation of team and customer needs
