- Experience with both Progressive and Transfer press operations preferred
- Overhead Crane Experience preferred.
- Responsible for Safety, Quality, and Productivity of assigned operation.
- Must conform to 5-S standards.
- Must be able to follow standardized practices.
- Must follow Operation Standards, Completing Check Sheet’s, and Completing Production Paperwork.
- Understand Parts and Properly Identified.
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills.
- Excellent mechanical ability.
- Strong mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiple and divide).
- Participation in Improvement and Kaizen activates.
- Effectively Communicate Within Area & Between Shifts.
- Must be able to continually lift 45 pounds for 8 or more hours.
- Overtime As Required to Fulfill Job Requirements.
- Other Duties as Assigned or As Required Due to Business Unit Needs.
