A Bit About The Role

• Data Analysis: Utilize advanced analytical techniques to extract, clean, and analyze data from Oracle Fusion and Salesforce databases.
• Model Development: Develop and maintain Excel-based models to analyze and visualize data trends, patterns, and correlations.
• Data Visualization: Create clear and concise visualizations, dashboards, and reports to present findings to stakeholders and management.
• Data Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data through data validation, verification, and quality assurance processes.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, finance, and Sales to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance data analysis processes, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Documentation: Document data analysis methodologies, assumptions, and findings for future reference and replication.
• The role will require the ability to listen carefully to business needs, be able to communicate effectively with various levels of the organization including stakeholders, peers, and supervisor.
• Be able to work in a hybrid model, partly onsite and partly remote each week.

About You

• We are seeking a talented and motivated IT Data Analyst with 2-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team.
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in a data analysis role.
• Skills in SQL for data extraction and manipulation from relational databases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, macros, and formulae.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality work on time.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion and Salesforce platforms preferred.
