Imagelink is Hiring a Medical Receptionist Near Cleveland, OH

We are hiring a full time employee to work front desk Monday - Friday at our Cleveland, Ohio center.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients with a smile when they arrive.
  • Check the patient in and make sure they are set for their appointment. This includes ensuring all forms are completely filled out, confirming their information, making a copy of their ID and insurance cards, etc.
  • Review the insurance benefits and collect the payment due for the appointment.
  • Monitor the patient areas to be sure they are kept neat and clean.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and schedule future appointments.
  • Check the patient out once the scan is completed.
  • Maintain and grow ImageLink’s standard for superior patient service by employing empathy and thoughtful communication with every patient interaction.

Skills:

  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Able to pay attention to details and accurately register/maintain patient information while operating telephone systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) is preferred.
  • Maintain a professional attitude and appearance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
