Director of Maternal Health
Salary Range: $110,000-$145,000 Signing Bonus Relocation Assistance Comprehensive Benefits.
Bonus Amount: $10,000

Job Summary:

Our organization is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Maternal Health to oversee and manage our Maternal Health department. This position is responsible for setting and implementing policies, procedures, and objectives, as well as supervising the department's staff and workflow. The Director of Maternal Health will have budgetary and fiscal accountability and will ensure the department operates effectively and efficiently to provide high-quality care to our patients. They will play a key role in supporting our organization's mission, vision, goals, and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and enforce departmental policies, procedures, standards, and objectives
• Supervise and direct the department's staff and workflow
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and approval of supply orders
• Oversee employee evaluation, timekeeping, and department strategic planning

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, Business Administration, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum five years of nursing management experience in a hospital setting, with at least three years of supervisory experience
• Current Arizona Registered Nurse License
• Preferred: Master's degree in Nursing (MSN)
• Training in wound care and hyperbaric therapy from a nationally recognized provider (for wound care responsibilities)
• Preferred certification: Wound Ostomy Continence Nurse (WOCN)
