POSITION PURPOSE
Reporting to the Assistant / Project Manager, the Lead Crew Member is responsible for overseeing field processes and data collection to ensure the completion of assigned projects.
As necessary, the Lead Crew Member will provide guidance and direction to the Instrument Operator to ensure efficient survey operations. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Proficiently operate various field equipment, such as Trimble / Leica / Spectre robotic total stations, GPS RTK Units, 3D Laser Scanners, etc.

WORKING CONDITIONS
The Lead Crew Member must be physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs and standing / walking for at least 8 hours per day.
The job requires extensive bending, kneeling, climbing, hiking, digging / shoveling, and lifting. Work may be performed in hot, cold, wet, humid, or other weather conditions.
The Lead Crew Member primarily works in the field, including busy streets and construction sites, with exposure to vehicular traffic and loud noise.
