OUR IDEAL TERRITORY GENERAL MANAGER

• Management experience
• Computer proficiency and familiarity with Google Workspace and CAD
• Familiarity with design and audio software such as Vectorworks, SketchUp, EASE, etc.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel for projects
• Willingness to work after hours and on weekends when needed
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, work on ladders and lifts, and calculate rigging loads
• Ability to obtain clearance to work in K-12 school districts

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

We're flexible with scheduling, but you typically work from Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Our Territory General Manager is responsible for leading our Pittsburgh operations and finding ways to achieve even greater success! This is a dynamic role where you collaborate with team members across numerous departments to deliver exceptional results for our clients. You strategically allocate resources, analyze employee performance, and oversee system designs to make sure we only produce timely, high-quality work.

You also brainstorm methods for increasing sales and bringing more projects to our company. This may involve creating marketing strategies, monitoring sales incentives and goals, and developing detailed process guides. As you manage projects, attend trade shows, and offer employee guidance, you maintain a high-performance environment where team members feel empowered to excel!
