THE BASICS

Pay: Depending on experience, you make $90,000 - $120,000/year. You can also earn performance bonuses!

Schedule: You typically work from Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with some flexibility depending on the project.

HOW YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE

Our Regional General Manager is an invaluable member of our company, as you provide terrific leadership to our small sales and design teams. You collaborate inter-departmentally to make sure all aspects of every project go off without a hitch. From the beginning of a job to the end, you ensure all designs and installations are exactly what our client desires.

You oversee our operations around Pittsburgh, manage our service and sales teams, and develop strategies for meeting and exceeding goals. To ensure quality results, you review employee performance and advise them on the best sales practices. You also creatively oversee our marketing efforts to try and increase our brand reach. Overall, your contributions have a huge impact on our day-to-day and long-term success!

REQUIREMENTS

This role is perfect for a strategic problem solver who's great with people and able to manage multiple projects at once. Here are the minimum criteria you need:

• Management experience
• Computer proficiency and familiarity with Google Workspace and CAD
• Familiarity with design and audio software such as Vectorworks, SketchUp, EASE, etc.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel for projects
• Willingness to work after hours and on weekends when needed
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, work on ladders and lifts, and calculate rigging loads
• Ability to obtain clearance to work in K-12 school districts
