Overview

Illuminate seeks a highly qualified Data Analyst to join a mission-focused team that maintains applications, services, microservices, Platform as a Service (PaaS), and support services. The effort requires the maintenance and enhancement of an application and underlying services/microservices’ application’s current capability while identifying future capability needs and eliminating overlaps. The team will continuously improve sustainment and development in order to reinvest resources to provide new capabilities and improve the effectiveness, quality, and robustness of the underlying technology. Our applications are focused on intelligence analysis and collection management directly supporting intelligence analysts and operators across the intelligence community and Combatant Commands.The Data Analyst develops, writes, and supports technical staff in the preparation of a wide variety of technical documentation and finalized intelligence products for discoverability in national repositories.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the revision, and maintenance of technical documents including finalized intelligence in multiple file formats.
• Applying, verifying, and assessing classifications including derivative classifications and dissemination markings.
• Search multiple national collection repositories for items of interest to our customer.
• Participate in customer engagement activities, user experience surveys, and recommend system upgrades and improvements.

Qualifications

• Clearance: TS/SCI
• Polygraph: current Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph
• A strong understanding of MASINT is a must.
• Capable of managing several different tasks from several different requestors at one time. 
• Strong Technical Writing Skills
• Understands the basic technical language IT, IC, Cyber, etc.
• Proficient in applying classification, dérivative classification, and dissemination markings a must.
• Must poses experience managing and using a knowledge management system.
• Required Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma/ GED 10
  • Associates Degree 8
  • Bachelors’ Degree 6
  • Masters’ Degree 4
  • PhD 0

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and six years of experience
• Experience with MS SharePoint
• Background in MASINT collection platforms.
