Illuminate Mission Solutions is Hiring a Mid-Foreign Disclosure Representative Near Washington, DC

Overview:
Illuminate Mission Solutions (IMS) is seeking a Mid-Foreign Disclosure Representative with an active TS/SCI security clearance to support an ongoing program with a government customer. As a Mid-Foreign Disclosure Representative, you will support the Defense Intelligence Agency’s (DIA) Indo-Pacific Regional Center and Europe Eurasia Regional Center through reviewing intelligence products for proper CAPCO, IC standards, and classification consistency. Ensures proper classification markings in accordance with IC guidance. Works with authors to revise products for proper security classification organization, and negotiates further revisions as needed.
Responsibilities:
  • 12 years of experience in producing all-source intelligence analysis and/or managing the production of analysis products and 2 years of experience as a foreign disclosure officer/representative in an IC organization.
  • Ability to proof, edit, and correct security classifications and sourcing.
  • Ability to apply IC analytic standards and analytic tradecraft standards as defined in the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act, Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) 203 Analytic Standards and ICD 206 Sourcing Requirements to the production of all-source intelligence products.
  • Ability to support shift work & have a TS/SCI with willingness to take a polygraph exam.
  • Follow DIA’s processes and procedures for delivering comprehensive, properly sourced and classified products on an assigned area/center of interest.
Qualifications:
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Ability to review and correct long-form analytic products with minimal classification errors.
  • Understanding and ability to adhere to intelligence tradecraft requirements (e.g. ICD 203/206, Analytic Quality Framework, etc.).
  • Experience performing strategic analysis of regional military capabilities, doctrine, equipment, policy, etc.
Required Education and Experience:
  • Master’s Degree or higher in any discipline and 5 years of full-time intelligence analysis/support experience OR; a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and 8 years of full-time intelligence analysis/support experience OR; a HS Diploma or GED with 12 years of full-time intelligence analysis/support experience.

  • Possession of excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills.
