Seeking a qualified Registered Nurse or Medical Assistant for busy private practice plastic surgery office Wellness & Weight loss program.

Position Summary: Well respected and busy plastic surgery practice seeks a full time RN/MA for help in its wellness and weight loss program. Position would include heavy interaction with patients and physicians. Ideal candidate needs strong organizational skills and the ability to promote efficient patient flow through the clinic. RN/MA coordinate care within a multitude of wellness programs including general wellness, Phentermine, HCG, Semaglutide (Wegovy/Ozempic) and Tirzepatide (Mounjaro).

• Provide health coaching services to clients, focusing on promoting overall well-being and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Conduct assessments to identify clients' health goals and develop personalized plans to achieve them including utilization of phentermine, HCG, Semaglutide (Wegovy) and Tirzepatide (Mounjaro) medications
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals such as doctors to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
• Review medications, allergies, past medical history with patients as well as perform blood draws and EKG's on patient prior to starting any programs.
• Perform follow-up visits with patient monitoring their status on programs and increasing medication dosing per the outlined protocols with adjustments based on patient need.
• Draw up and dispense different medications for patients based on their preferred program.
• Obtain vital signs, blood pressure, pulse, temp, weight and height using Tanita body composition scale to record body fat, water weight, muscle mass, etc.
• Document patient visits through EMR
• Assist with ordering of pharmacological supplies as needed
• Collect and prepare laboratory specimens
• Order and stock medical supplies

Position will work at all 3 offices; Glendale, Franklin and Waukesha.

Pay: $33.00 - $35.00 per hour
