Illinois Valley Economic Development Corp. (IVEDC) is looking to hire a full-time Family & Community Development Specialist. This position will be working in two separate locations with days split between our Hardin and Carrollton offices.

Responsibilities:

• Will assist individuals in becoming more self-sufficient and will act as an advocate for the low-income within the community.
• Will be responsible for recruitment and/or completion of applications for various agency-operated programs and case management.

Requirements:

• Prefer a Bachelor Degree in Human Services or related field.
• Experience in case management also preferred.
• Must be able to work independently and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
